patchwork show FOOD VENDOR - PERMITTING guidelines

We’ve streamlined our permitting for Patchwork Show food vendors. Please read all of the instructions as many things have changed. Listed below is everything you will need to know for all of our different types of food vendors.

All food vendors MUST complete their health department permitting applications as part of their booth applications. If you are approved you will be sent a separate invoice for your health permit fees.

HOW TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS:

Please find the location(s) you’re applying for below, determine which category applies to you and follow the instructions for your category as each city and category have different requirements.

  • NOTE: Oakland and Ventura venues do not allow food vendors of any type.
  • Patchwork Show does not provide hot water for hand washing stations
  • ALL LOCATIONS: Health Departments have updated their requirements and fees for TFF applications. Please read the information on their website thoroughly.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PERMIT APPLICATION:

All the following health permitting applications must be downloaded by you, filled out appropriately, and included with your Patchwork Show Vendor Application in PDF format. Pictures taken with your phone are NOT acceptable

HOW TO PAY YOUR PERMIT FEES: If you are approved you will be sent a separate invoice for your health permit fees by the healthcare agency.

PREVIOUS VENDORS:  PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AS THINGS HAVE CHANGED THIS SEASON!

We're looking forward to having a successful season with you!
